How to reactivate your account?

hi @2018chewy 

check to see if your account still within the 90 days grace period after suspension.  Call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter your number.  If the system can find your number, then yes, you can reactivate your account. Just login My Account, click Pay and Resume services now and make a payment.  Or you can use this link to load money to reactivate account

but if you system cannot find you account, you will have to check with PM support agent to see if you can still get the number back if you activate a new account.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:
