Phone Number and DATA not working

I activated my phone number 2h ago. Turned off and turned back home still doesn’t work. Transferred from Telus.

Correct, my friend just tried to call me, it doesn't work. 

We are all customers here. First point of contact for general troubleshooting and assistance. 

The employees of Public Mobile will reply privately. 

You can't receive incoming calls either?

Yes, I replied to SMS from Telus for re the transfert, I also restart network, airplane mode, restart phone etc. nothing is working so far.

Hi  did you remove your Telus SIM card?

You replied to the SMS from Telus re the transfer?

Reset networks and restart phone.
