Hello I would like to change my plan to the $34 Canada-US plan that is meant for only new activations. A friend of mine was able to get his plan changed to this as an existing customer and I would like the same.

@bryanmc - There is a 50/50 chance of getting it by CS_Agent, if you just renewed your plan recently, you will lose your rest of the month since it changes immediately by CS_Agent. They do have the right to refuse the change.

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar for Messages. There's no guarantee you will get it but certainly worth asking.
