I’m frustrated about my Payment

So I changed my payment autopay from my bank card to my MasterCard. And I had 17.00 in credits.  They charged me for my 40.00 phone plan.  43$ to my MasterCard. 24 to my bank card and the 17$ credit is gone. But didn’t go anywhere towards the account. Is that disappears. I am frustrated. I don’t have the money for almost  80$ or I would have an 80$ phone plan

@HiccupC0nrad  That's strange because that's not how renewals work at Public Mobile. If you had a $17 credit that would get taken first and your card would have been charged the remainder $23 plus tax to cover the cost of the renewal. The only way you would get charged another $40 is if you did a plan change or there was a problem with the renewal and you made a one time payment. If that is the case you will see a credit back of $40 back into your account. If you diall 611 what is your balance? If you don't mind post a screenshot of your last 90 days payment history minus any personal info so we can get a better understanding on what happened.

Sorry to here your issue. It best to connect with the moderator team via a private chat. They are extremely helpful and usually quick to respond.

If they find any over payment from your end, they will absolutely will give your money back or give you a credit for future payments.

@HiccupC0nrad

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  It looks like that PM might have "double" charged this month.

Did you change plans at all recently?  If you feel comfortable, if you can screenshot your payment history page, that would be helpful to determine what happen. Try to omit or blank out the personal information.

Hi @HiccupC0nrad Can you print a screen shot of your payment history (link here).. It might be easier for us to figure out what's going on.

Did you change your plan in the interim? As changing plans will forfeit the amount you had paid for the rest of the 30 days.
