abidkhan,

Do you know approximately where you lost your phone? Second, did you have a find phone app enabled which provides GPS coordinates and a very loud yell? If so, do you believe that your phone's battery is still working, because the preceding requires your phone to be on?

benwarez,

Thank you for pointing out the illogic of what I posted. Of course, he first needs a phone before knowing the card size to order.

Best way to order new sim is to wait until he knows which SIM card size will fit on new phone

Hello,

Access your online account, and suspend service to your number.

Go to the homepage of this site, and click the link to order a SIM card.

While waiting for the card, go to Staples, Future Shop, Best Buy, Walmart, or Costco. If the phone of your choice is locked, ensure that it is locked to Telus.

Your new phone needs UMTS/WCDMA/HSPA capability, and operates on 3G at 850 MHz and 1900 MHz. For 4G LTE, look for 1700 MHz.

If the phone says GSM, it is not compatible with PM's network.
