By chance, are you an older legacy customer? Did you receive the bonus data add on for the mandatory switch to points system in May? If you did receive the bonus data add on, you will lose the data add on if you change to lower price plans as per FAQ on the announcement.
If you are not a older legacy reward customer, no worries. Pick the cheaper plan and change on next renewal.

hi @Vbinh you can do it yourself. Login My Account and go to Change Subscription page and pick one you like and use Change on Renewal option

@Vbinh In your account subscriptions add on page . Change plan form there and choose to change plan on your next renewal date and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle . pM is pre paid and no refunds
