how can I cancel my preauthorized payments?

@aleniko24   you can do it easily yourself, Just login My Account, Payment page, Manage Payment method and you can disable Pre-Authorized payments there

Log in and remove tick mark:

@aleniko24 call 611 from the public mobile device phone that has the SIN card in it and cancel it that way, if you know the 4 digits account pin, that is.

@aleniko24 @Sign into your self serve and go to payment tab and disable auto pay
