Can I activate a new sim with the same number? Does that deactivate the old sim?

@BCaverhill hi if you have another new Public sim you can go into your self serve account under profile and change your sim card then put that sim in a different phone if that's what you are asking , the old sim in your other phone that you left at the cabin will  be no longer any good

Whoa, before you go running off to another provider, you can buy a sim from a koodo store and then log in to your account and change the sim.

That will kill the old sim.
