I have been trying to make a payment for 3 days online. It keeps saying technical difficulties when I try to pay online. When I try to pay over the phone, it says its unable to process the transaction. I have tried my Visa debit as well as my credit card and neither work(the app DID suggest maybe I dont have the funds as a solution, but I checked that of course)...now my plan is suspended and I cant find anyone to help me solve this

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
until you complete updated credit card payment use vouchers,
if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers
and add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

@Unboundstash , you might need CSA support because your payment cards could be locked out due to too many failed attempts.

Usually using different browser on computer helps. Or incognito mode.
If everything fails, contact agent for assistance.
