Yes, like banks , morges of homes , CRA every single place is just helping ease the burden and I fell like well for example I've played for 2 months a month ago to make sure I had rewards because I've used auto pay, I've reffurwed ppl , I've helped ppl and my amount owing in 3$ like what is that lol , petty petty .

@ZachDAdams  If you know this type of prepaid visa has worked before then first give it some time you dont want to try it too many times and get a a fraud lock out triggered. When you come back to your device your using...clear the browser history, close all tabs, reboot the device. Then open only one tab in secret/incognito mode using chrome, Firefox or safari. Hopefully it will be accepted. If not there's the message the mods option, you can go out and purchase a voucher with the prepaid visa and load it via 611 or your account.. You can still have the card added to the account by the moderators to get the autopay reward.

 

Consider applying online for a koho account. It's an online only bank with higher interest savings rates, no fees and a prepaid visa debit card that works on public mobile and gives you 0.5% cash back on all purchases (add 1% for everyone you refer). Takes about 5 min to sign up, 5 days to get your card in the mail. Load as much or as little cash on it as you like, keep it locked if you want but for free it you can't ask for much more than that.

It might be a good idea if you got a free voip app such as TextNow. It'll let you call &  text for free as long as you have a wifi signal. Shaw has turned on their public wifi for anyone to use so if you can find a Shaw Go hotspot, you can use it.

Some of the payment vouchers aren't "activated" for several hours after purchase. Try adding to your account later on. Clear you cache files and use incognito mode.

hi , I'm in a bind here this is my only source or communication, my cell plan 30 days 25$ was up yesterday at midnight so today I purchased a pre paid visa like many times be4 and it keeps saying ur account has been suspended due to lack of funds but I've tryed to add the pre paid visa 10 times now m even tryed 611 with no avail and I have a phone interview with my physician Tommow and I've NVR had trouble just adding the funds befour and now this like no service in a very uncertain time , I have the visa activated and everything but this is a very strong deturriant for me when I'm in need of service have went and purchased a pre paid visa and now I'm stuck !!!!???????

Well u just baught a pre paid visa because my plan was 25$ and I also have 3$ in rewards but when I set the pre paid visa on it said total amount was $25.30 , and it says my card didn't have enough but it was a 25$ pre paid visa I had to pay 29$ at the store with tax then tax on my plan this is insane

PM already offers industry - low price for talk and text. PM has reduces the cost of 1GB of data add-on by 50% of regular price.

What other relief can you suggest ?

I'm actually amazed ever other company n providers are taking steps to ensure that it's service as normal ? Does this mean Covid 19 top of mind and your company isn't helping with relief of costs
