I haven't topped up for 2-3 months and my online account is disabled..how can I renew?

Hi, 


I'd like to renew my services but my online account is locked. The sim still works but I need to top up. Its been a few months so I am not sure what will happen if I paid my fee by calling 611. I've pm'd the mods a couple of days ago and I am still awaiting. 

If I paid it through my phone, should my old plan be renewed? Is there a way to pick your plan through the phone once your account has the funds?

Yes, you are able to renew your service if it has been less than 90 days.


Sorry last question.. and this can be done through the phone? I am heading up to Barrie tomorrow and cannot rely on Freedom. I would like to use PM. 


Yes, as @geopublic suggested:dial #611 from your phone.


@shief24  You are going to need your PIN number to do it, so hopefully you have that.

Yes, you are able to renew your service if it has been less than 90 days.

Yes, you are able to renew your service if it has been less than 90 days.

@shief24  Yes, just dial #611 from your phone and you should be able to add funds and re-activate your plan.

You meant you can make calls, receive calls, sent text and receive text and so, after you didn't renew your service for 2-3 months? Can you log in your self service account? If you can then you can top up in your self service account.

You meant you can make calls, receive calls, sent text and receive text and so, after you didn't renew your service for 2-3 months? Can you log in your self service account? If you can then you can top up in your self service account.



I cannot receive texts. I meant sim still works as in the number is still active, signal bars are present, and the PM name is shown. No active plan though.

I cannot log in to see my plan or change it. Cannot reset the pw either.

A few months...if that's more than 90 days then your account has been deactivated and all with it gone.

Are you able to call 611? What do you mean "SIM still works"?

If you can call 611 and the SIM still works then maybe you're not deactivated. So yes you should be able to add funds via a registered cc or voucher. it will reactivate the plan you had when it suspended. You would need to use the self-serve to make any changes before paying anything.
