first, login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check if your account is active and if you have any data left
And you have iPhone or Android? you have mobile date turned on? If you have any android, make sure your data limiter is off

can you confirm what fixed you tried?
did you check My Account and does it show you still have data?
You can also try reboot phone and then Reset All networks

All services work as expected? Calls/SMS in/out?
Did you check status of your data through My Account? Maybe you are out of data? Did you change anything in settings (accidentally)?
