I have unlimited minutes but my phone is saying I used up all my minutes. What’s happening?

If you dial a 1 before the area code, can you place calls?

In case you need chatbot to open ticket, or message support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Simonsung   Try turn off your phone for 5 mins, then restart it and see if it works again

@Simonsung , that does not seem right.  Just to be sure, please check your account using incognito mode on the browser to make sure you have a plan with unlimited calling.  If the plan is confirmed and you are not able to complete a call, then initiate a support ticket using the chatbot link and have the account looked into.
