its almost a month i cant acess my account. old password did not work, I reset successfully the self serve password but it did not work as well, I have been trying but nothing seems to work out.

@kigenyig , the password reset is broken for your account. You are going to need moderator team support to do the reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. It's not,
Before an account is locked, a warning is issued.
So I ensure I don't lock it out. I try logging in on another day.

Although you’ve successfully reset your password, your account may be locked due to too many login with an incorrect password. Reset password, remember said password and login after a couple of hours.
