I have successfully reset my self serve password over five times, but none of the new passwords work

its almost a month i cant acess my account. old password did not work, I reset successfully the self serve password but it did not work as well, I have been trying but nothing seems to work out.

I see that data ad has bee added to my account but not the calls? has anyone received the free 400 minutes of calls?

It's not, Before an account is locked, a warning is issued. So I ensure I don't lock it out. I try logging in on another day.
