I have smoothly switched to $34 for 40G ,thx guys, but lost 4G bonus data due to imcompatible

it is not a big deal since they were holiday bonus which is free. but why? if the black friday deal of 40G on 5g unlimited with reduced speed. at least i am happy with the price plus reward.

There isn't any need to contact a customer support agent for this.  No add-ons have been lost. They're still on the account but can't be used in conjunction iwth an unlimted 5G plan.

It would have been better if they allowed data add-ons to be used to before switching to the heavily throttled data.

@yack   Yes, if you go to the note under the incompatible add-on box in your account it confirms that.  I tried to copy and paste it here but the system objected, something about a file type not supported.

I see, i guess mine is 5g now ,so the old bonus is useless, thanks man. wish they have a 20-dollars plan with a couple g data for lighter user.

@yack   If an unlilmited 5G plan then yes, that's what happens to the holiday bonus data.  It just stays on the account until you switch back to a compatible plan.

@yack  It should remain on your account and be usable again if you ever change back to 4G/3G plan . Your new plan has unlimited data anywyas
