Thanks , i have tried another phone with PM sim but it doesnt work. other places as well, doesnt work.

Hi @wal40 try a Network Reset first
Try using the phone in different places and see if you get signal again
try to using another phone with your PM sim

the plan is active, i just brought the plan for 3 days ago but only dial in/out for 1 days, then 2 days suddently no signal without reason. May I know what has happended?

Log in to your account...is the plan Active ? When was last time plan renewed ?
