I have pin to pay my bill

Hi I am trying to put my pin in to make a payment but each time I put in *611 or 611 the line hangs up!  This has never happened before.  Please help

the 611 number has been acting up for a few days.

Try dialing 1-855-478-2542.

Yes, *611 had issue since middle of last week

try calling 1.855.4PUBLIC from any phone and enter your phone number, then it will be like *611 after

Or best is to login to My Account to load the voucher there
