On a desktop browser, log in and click on the payments tab. Over on the right will list your rewards. You don't see loyalty there?

Have not change to points. Way pass 365 days but no sign of loyalty pay

Did you change to points? Hope not.

You will notice the loyalty be added on the renewal before 365 days of when you started. Then the next renewal will be after the 365 days where the $1 will reduce your cost.
