Hello Thank you for your time in reading this,  my issue is I'm having trouble setting up my email,  the direction do not match my setting on my phone and I have forgotten my password, can you please help or know someone one,  Thank you, carolyn The model of my phone is lg m151

Your phone model shouldn't matter if the password reset works. 
Try logging in from a secure computer and reset the password that way. 
If it still doesn't work, try contacting @CS_Agent via private message to see if there's malicious activity with your account.

If you forgot password for your email, you would have to contact email provider!
