HI, we have 3 accounts with Public Mobile. All three are paid with the same credit card. But our credit card shows that we are charged 4 times instead of 3.
We need to be refunded the extra charge.

I’m also experiencing a second charge on my account for 1 account. I was charged 2x $46 and not in pending payment.It’s been posted on my credit card. This is also since signing up in April.
I also tried calling the USA and it says I yes all my minutes and cant call. I don’t have USA calling but I would assume I can call anywhere and they would bill me for anything extra??

I have been paying since 3 months and this is the first time this issue occurred. I have checked my credit card and all 4 times the amounts are paid and not pending. I have checked all the 3 accounts and also there available funds are only for 1 payment.
So the fourth payment is an overcharge, which has to be refunded asap.

you have been paying for the 3 accounts with the same credit card for sometime and never had any issue? This is the first month with the issue? or this is the first month you attempt to pay 3 accounts with same card?
Please confirm with credit card to see if any of the 4 charges is just a pending charge. Maybe only 3 are posted charges
And also, login to My Account for each of your 3 account using Incognito mode and confirm Payment history to see if only one payment transaction shows there (please note that each renewal will show at least two transactions on payment history on My account. Only one entry shows actual PM charge ) And check Available fund, if you did pay 4 times, maybe the extra time will show up as Available Fund in one of the 3 accounts
