Hello,
I have 2 issues:
1. I have been trying to sign in to access my account but I am not receiving any emails after requesting a password change. I have requested for it for almost 2 weeks now and have yet to receive instructions to reset it from Public Mobile.
2. My data would not load. My phone automatically switched to 3g from 4g network last month and since then my data won't load. I only had 30 MB used. I thought it will fix the next billing cycle but it is still not working. I am unable to use it.
