I have no phone right now

My phone ported over after a week. I put in the public mobile sim and it will not work because needs payment, but i cannot access my account.

Last week when I signed up it wouldnt allow me access to my account and I sent a PM to 2 moderators but still have no reply and cant login.

Try the Facebook  messaging? Maybe you can get a faster response that way, the PMs are going to be swamped right now.

Please do not post personal information. You need to PM a mod or Tag one in your post.  This is the quickest way to get support. However they are backlogged so it wont be instantaneous.

@Signup  you should remove your number and personal info from here.  it should only be provided to the moderators.  Who unfortunately are the only ones who can help right now.

But i feel you, a week is way to long to be waiting.
