I have add-on data but it's not working

I have add-on data showing as 2GB, and I have also purchased a further 1GB at $15, but it's just not working. I have no data

Did you turn on cellular data and roaming?


The $15/1GB data add-on is for domestic use. The data roaming setting wouldn't make any difference.
