You can CUT your actual card into the new size of your phone with a precision cutter. Some Koodo shop will do it for you free of charge.

I think you current phone takes a Regular Mini Sim & the note 3 takes a micro Sim, so you are going to have to cut it to make it fit. Google Search for instructions on how to cut
