I possess four phone lines assigned to me Presently, I intend to refill and migrate to another service provider, but at the moment, only the has a sim card, as I've lost the other three SIM cards. All the line is not active. I'm uncertain how to renew the phone service to maintain my current number and have been attempting to solicit assistance for over a month without any response. Please help! Is there a person that I can call or msg to help me top up or change this number to somewhere else!

First, use that toll free number from any working phone to hear it say suspended for each number. If it says invalid then you've left them too long.
Adding - that means they've been fully deactivated.

@Jackysu Please remove your phone number and email for your own protection as this is an open forum. Go back to the post, click down arrow and then Edit Message
To pay those accounts, a quick way is to get couple vouchers (each one enough to cover one plan amount) and then call 1.855.4PUBLIC to load the voucher. Press 1 for English, then enter the phone number to load. Best to get the voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug as their vouchers can be used immediately
A better plan is to open a ticket with PM support and have them to check the login for each line and then you can login and pay:
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Please remove personal information as this is a public forum.
Did you have account(s) with public at one time? If it has been more than 90 days of nonpayment those accounts will have closed and you will have lost those phone numbers.
Do you have access to the self serve page?
