Only had the plan for couple weeks and now i cant use more than 2gb of data.

Sounds like you have a data limiter or warning set on your phone itself. Go into your network settings and change that yourself.

Is your data working currently ? Do you have a data limiter enabled in the phone.

It shows 2gb used out of 20gb. It is a new plan since last 2 weeks.

log in to your account / Subscriptions & Add-ons...just to confirm you have the correct plan that you think you have. Did you only recently upgrade to this plan ? If so, did you select Change Plan on Renewal ? Has it renewed yet ?
