I had an existing public mobile account but got a new phone.
On my new phone it’s not connecting to data and says SOS for network.
Do I need to buy another esim card or how do I fix?

eSIM is not transferable, if your old phone has a eSIM, you need to download the app on the new phone and purchase a new eSIM for free $5 eSIM - $5 credit

@Ava09 , are you able to check whether your account is still in active status. Try also network reset on your new phone.
