If I recall correctly, the error mostly stems from the recovery email being delayed in sending, and in most cases, is received after the allotted time to act on it.
I wish I could confirm this is the experience I'm having, however as I am not, I do not want to risk it happening to me.

Yeah, I'm wondering why people are always getting locked out of their accounts. This is an ongoing problem but PM seems reluctant to deal with it

@Jeremy_M, another day another password reset request.
@Dave_M, @Cassandradc1 any idea when this fieature can be fixed? Or simply remove the feature and replace it with please contact mods to reset your password. It can't be that hard... its been many months if not longer.
