Hi
when I registered with public mobile, I activated the account but accidently clicked twice on payment. My dedit card was charged twice and the overpayment was not transferred to my account.
Can I cet help with this issue?

It's possible one of the charges is a 'pending' or 'unauthorized' charge which will fall-off once the actual activation amount settles.
Give it a few days past activation to see.
Also, ensure on your account there isn't the amount displaying in your Available Funds balance. It may also eventually pop up there.
If after all this, you STILL don't see or benefit from the extra payment and it definitely was charged, reach out to customer support.
