There'll be no callback, @Yatindra , all customer support here is done through private message with the customer support agents. On that note, us here on this forum are NOT public mobile employees, we're just other customers like you.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
