I changed my plan from 5G to a 4G plan 2 days before my renewal, and when I went to confirm the plan and pay for it, it charged my card for the plan but the plan never changed on my profile nor does it show the payment on recent payments. How do I get this fixed?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Smoberly24 Try check again with new browser window and use incognito mode / private mode or from another device instead can also try app if you haven’t already. Check your payment page and see if it the correct plan . If still not correct get support to look into it for you
