It is unlikely you were charged that much for a 15.00 add on. When you purchase an add on you add the funds to your account then add the product to your account.
By any chance did order 2 or 3, 1gb by mistake? What is your tax rate and did you have any credits on your account before hand? And when was your last payment due?
Can you do a pic of your transaction? Leave out any personal data though. 😀😀

I would check in your self serve account if there is extra balance. It's not actually add-ons that get charged to your credit card/debit card, but rather top ups.
