I got a problem about poring number. (Petro Canada --> public mobile)

Hello,

 

My new phone can call and text to my father and mom, but I can't receive any call from my father and mom.

 

And I got a message ,

"Public Mobile here: To complete your request to move to Public Mobile, please go to Publicmobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form. You'll need to provide the correct Password or PIN from your previous service provider. Thanks."

 

Howerver, I don't know how to fix this problem. I already have visited the following.

it's a common glitch that PM refused to fix. The mods can help you no problem.
