did your friend or family member activate a new account and used your referal code on or before Oct 6th ? PM ran a promo whereby you’d get the $10 RAF credit as well as the new account would too.

Look like you are not new activation.   A friend used your code and you are eligible for that special $10 RAF

Even you didn't give the code to someone, possibly the person entered the wrong code and happened to be yours.
