I dont received my sim card

I buy a plan for 20$ in August 25,2025 and charged in my Credit card. This include the Sim card but i dont received my purchase after 10 business day.

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

It can take up to 3 weeks to get in the mail by Canada Post. If you need a card faster, here's 3 ways. If you don't get it by the end of next week, contact CS.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99

Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/
