I ordered the SIM card online and Payment was processed by PayPal. One month later, I don't have the SIM card delivered. What should I do? There seems to be no contact customer support phone number?

Also, yeah, I can't submit a ticked because it won't accept my password and I can't seem to reset it.

Thanks. I'd also like to say that it seems I can't reset my password. I have tried my email address and it just says I can't login.

If all else fails from the other comments, go to Walmart and buying it in person, that's what I did and my phone worked the very same day with no problems at all.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I bought sim cards from these guys and they're fast...4 days for delivery out west. If you happen to be in GTA...they even offer curbside pickup. Price is right too....
When the sim you ordered does arrive...gift it to a friend or family member.

One month is way too long to receive SIM from PM.

This seems to be a thing where it takes quote awhile. Best bet in the future is picking one up in store or kiosk or CCS Canadian Cell Supplies is cheap and pretty quick and reliable.
For the current situation you would have to talk to a CS Agent there are a few diff options but the quickest would prob be to buy a new one and the agent can credit you for the sim you didnt receive.
