I am wondering why I did not get auto pay rewards in April payment.

Thanks for help. I checked auto pay is there.
I have sent a message to MOD and did what I was asked to do.
Hopefully this issue will be solved soon.

@YongWang, when you go to your MyAccount site is your credit card and account showing autopay? Also in your MyAccount portal it would show $2 auto pay reward, is it showing? If it's not showing and you have a credit card set up for autopay then I suggest you contact a MOD.

would you be able to post a picture of your payment history (with private information blacked out).
Is your plan a 30 day plan or a 90 day plan?
How long have you been with PM?

You need to contact the Public Mobile Moderators so that they can apply the credit.
The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
