@Anushka, purchasing addons is a two step process. If you login to your self serve do you see the addon in your addon section or do you see an amount of money equal to the addon in "Available Funds". If you see the money in Available funds "re-Purchase" the addon and it should work. IF you have no available funds and the addon is showing in your addon section, click on this link Moderator Team to send a private message. You will need to send them your email and phone number and a decription of your problem.
