confirm if your Bell sim is removed, if that is an esim, delete it. After removing/deleting the sim, follow the steps I mentioned for iPhone and re-do them

It won’t work. After reboot my iPhone, it even shown another phone no. I don’t know. Please transfer the phone no 437-429-4909 and all services from Bell properly. The account of Bell have been terminated already. So please fixed this issues immediately, Thank you!

@David_Fong Android or iPhone?
If Android, backup important text first. Then uninstall Google Message ( it might roll back to base version install of full uninstallation) and reboot phone. Reinstall (or update to latest) Google Message and try again
For iPhone, make sure Carrier profile is updated and try. If still fails and if your issue is with iMessage, go to Settings to remove phone number, and reboot phone. Then put you phone number back at Settings to re-register iMessage
