I’m using a Public Mobile eSIM on an iPhone. Calls work, but I cannot receive SMS. SMS/MMS is not provisioned on my eSIM after port-in. Please reprovision my SMS.

Make sure PM sim is the only one enabled. Remove your old sim card, disable old provider eSIM. Set PM sim is Primary and enabled with Turn on this line. Then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings and test
If that does not workz go to Settings and remove the phone number manually, reboot phone once more, go back to Settings and re-enter phone number. Make sure Send Text is also enabled
But if that does not work , ask PM to re-provision sim. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
