I cant reset my password because i am not given the sms option only email option and i dont have ema

I believe 2FA to email only happens when the account is in the suspended state which would make SMS not available.

HI @Wiseguy420 is your phone current suspended? I wonder why the SMS option is not there
Try again in Incognito mode or try on a different browser, like Edge or Firefox or Chrome
If none of those helps, please open ticket with CS agent and they can help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Well, you have to have email or you would not be able to open PM account.
What email did you use to open PM account. Try that...
