I cant find my password for my self serve account

I lost my password for my self account ,so I tried to reset it, but i also forgot the answer to my security question.So I was wondering if it was possible to send the password for my account via text message or by email.If not I would like to know a way to get it back.

Message Public mobile and they will text or send you a temporary password to access your account.Cheers.

Hello @MrCheese,

 

You will need to send a private message to the Moderator Team explaining your situation and provide as much information as you can in your message (phone number, PIN, full name, acct. #, user name) and they should be able to reset it for you.
