Hello Public Mobile!
My plan has expired 3 months ago. Today I want to renew it, but because it is expired (my phone shows me "Emergency Only"), I am unable to dial *611 to make a payment. I am also not able to create an account due to the fact that my plan is expired: at step one of the account registration process, the public mobile website tells me that I need to enter my phone number to receive a 6 digit code, but because my plan is expired I will not be able to receive that code.
This greatly frustrates me and I have been stuck with this problem for a whole day.
Your help is much appreciated!

Sent Mod a private messege and was told that my account is gone after 90 days. Thanks to those who replied.

Try sending a message to the mods - all I can think of.
The only thing the moderators could do would be possibly be to get the phone number again. A new account, plan, and sim card would still be needed, as Luddite had said.

If you have not paid for 90 days your account has been permanently closed and the number recycled. You will need to get a new SIM and activate it as a new account with a new number. Best to use a different email address when doing so.
