I cannot make a call

Could someone help me, please?

 

I cannot understand what exactly happened. I have plan 35$, unlimited call, SMS and 3Gb data, but when I try to make a call, I reach public mobile voice message about my minutes was all used and I need to buy an addon, but if I call to another phone number it is work.

 

What problems is it and how can I resolve them?

@demi97yiya , you said you call another number and no issue.. so, this problem with one particulsr number only?  if so, what is the area code and first 3 digits of that number

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone ,This is quick and simple,to refreshing your network,

*what is meant by rebooting the device turn off and turn it back on.

 

To get the obvious out of the way...you used ( +1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,

for Example long distance in canada or from USA,, Add (+1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,
1416xxxxxxx,
or
+1416xxxxxxx,
both is will going through your call...

That seems to be a bug going on lately.

If your calls still go through, just ignore the message. It won't cost you anything extra since your plan is prepaid.

Others have reported the bug went away after a while, or rebooting the phone.

Try dialing 1 + area code.

@demi97yiya   this is a glitch.. try reboot your phone and it should resolve the issue
