Hi, my account says my data for the current pay cycle is all used up but I still have my 5 gb of promotional data usage which I am unable to use it, does anyone know why. Also my payment was done couple days back and now I can't use my data, I don't understand why! i have done all the troubleshooting too but nothing seems to work.

When is your renewal date? Do you have your data limiter enabled in your phone?

First, click the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to make sure you're seeing updated information. What plan are you on?
