I can't update the payment method

I can't update the payment method. I want to put another credit card, but I can't.

Only the message popped up "Something went wrong". I have tried with different browsers like Firefox, safari, chrome.

But failed.




@Alex558 Yes, it could happen sometimes.  

Please wait a full hour and try again in case you tried too many times ealier and triggered a temperory fraud lock. 

And  did you try using another card ?

Yes if nothing works, please message support to open ticket:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Alex558  You should be able to do this in your my account in the payment tab … but you can get support to update credit card info too
