Re-subcribing

Hello, I'm currently on the $40 20gb plan, but I plan to leave Canada for 2 months. Do I have to keep paying for this promotion to continue or is it fine if I discontinue it and subscribe 2 months later? Thanks.

@doctordf2   If you are just going for 60 days, You can  suspend for 60 days and keep the promotion when you come back

Just make sure you turn on Subscribed from My Account (Payment->Manage Subscription)

Keep in mind that the plan will then be suspend at the end of current cycle.  Make note of the suspended date.  You have 90 days from that date to come back or your account will be closed permanently and you will loss your number.  So if you are coming back in 60 days, you should be fine

@doctordf2  Yes just don’t let it go over 90 days before making payment again

add when you turn off auto pay the day it’s set to renewal and payment is missed you have 90 days to make payment again before the account is closed so in this case it’s advised to do it by the 85 day to be safe … but for two months no worries
