Hi I purchased a subscription but never activated my sim card nor got a number. I decided to switch to a different carrier I need you to cancel and refund my method of payment please.

To clarify, we’re not employees on this site, we’re just other customers like you.
Prepaid services are non-refundable.
You can try you’re luck thru the contact info provided via @TheSterlinger , but don’t expect a lot.

You can try but chances aren’t very high. Use the small envelope button on the bottom right, sign in then type Cs agent and input the required information.
