This has been sporadic, but everytime I try to call someone or someone tries to call me, there is no ring or dial tone. On my end, it says there's either a server error or the "phone number was entered incorrectly."
Please advise. Thanks!

@iSchpickle did you just join PM or you are existing customer and the problem just happened?
start with a phone reboot
Then try click Reset all networks ( please note it will reset your saved wifi networks and you will need to rejoin them)
if that does not work, also try changing your preferred network type or Network mode to 3G only
if you have another phone around, test the PM sim card there. it will force a sim reprovision and could resolve the issue

Hard reboot your phone. Remove SIM and put it back (while phone is off).
Does Interned work? SMS in/out?
